Terms of Service

surenchère.net ("the Service") is a paid placement space operated by TOP10 Strategie. It publishes category-based leaderboards where the position of a listing is determined solely by the cumulative amount bid. The Service is advertising: it is not advice, a recommendation, or an objective ranking of quality.

• The minimum bid is $5. Bids are in whole US dollars.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. A listing is created or updated only after a bid's payment is confirmed.
• Bids are cumulative and final. Bids are non-refundable.
• A higher cumulative bid yields a higher rank. In case of a tie, the oldest listing wins.

• You may list a website or an X @handle you are entitled to promote.
• Messaging or invite links (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, etc.) are not allowed.
• You must not submit illegal, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove any listing that violates these terms, without refund.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, traffic, clicks, or any commercial result from a listing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOP10 Strategie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the bid at issue.
